127期国内船舶买卖行情评述

    本期，BDI指数整体上还是在低位徘徊，前几日有小幅上涨过程，现又开始下滑，截止11月30日，BDI指数收于2099点，主要原因还是由于中国升息的预期加剧了市场观望情绪，煤炭和矿石进口减缓，拖累了全球运输市场。另外市场对近期朝韩冲突问题也存在担忧。而国内沿海干散货运价基本持平，秦皇岛至上海（2-3万DWT）煤炭运价保持在65元/吨附近，而国内减排压力和紧缩预期预计会对未来货运市场造成不小的影响。

    油船方面，市场上单壳油轮的淘汰仍在继续，5000吨左右的双壳油轮询盘众多，但买家似乎更愿意购买5年船龄左右ZC级的双壳油轮，毕竟该类型油船的价格相对于新造的CCS级还是非常有优势，当然询盘量大一方面说明购买者众多，一方面也说明此类船舶的稀少。另外300至600吨左右的加油船仍然是市场热点。

    工程船方面，本期有部分买家希望购买1000至2000吨左右的开底驳船。另外，也有买家求购挖泥船。

    而废钢船方面，近期由于原材料价格上扬及市场紧缩预期的影响，收购价格也出现了小幅的上涨。7000-12000轻吨的散货船拆船价格达到406美金/轻吨左右。
