Norwegian owner extends 38,000-dwt series at Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding.
Odfjell has continued its growth spurt with the addition of more newbuildings to its orderbook.
Oslo-listed Odfjell has taken options for two further 38,000-dwt chemical tankers at Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding.
The move takes to six the number of tankers the Norwegian shipowner has on order at the shipyard. It also holds options to increase the series further.
Odfjell says its capital commitment will run to $116m.
